Julie is a seasoned professional with a rich public safety and community service background. Starting her career in 1985, she established critical programs in quality control and performance evaluation while managing a multi-million dollar budget and a staff of 36.

Julie earned accredited status for multiple agencies and served as an assessor for the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies. After retiring, she became the Region 5 COVID-19 Task Force Coordinator, overseeing pandemic response and collaborating with health agencies. She continues her commitment to community service through her role at United Way.
