NON-EXEMPT EMPLOYEE:
1/2 day off: $120 total contribution for 2025
1 day off: Your hourly rate per pay period
EXEMPT EMPLOYEE:
1/2 day off: $240 total contribution for 2025
1 day off: Your hourly rate per pay period

YOU CAN LOCATE YOUR HOURLY RATE BY FOLLOWING THESE STEPS:
- Log into ADP
- Select Myself>My Information>Profile
- For Hourly: Look in the Pay Info box to the right of the screen. Toggle the sliders next to Regular Pay Rate to “Show”
- For Salary: Look in the Pay Info box to the right of the screen. Toggle the sliders next to Compensation to “Show”; this shows your annual salary; take this compensation amount divide by 24 pay periods, then divide by 86.67 standard hours, this gives your hourly rate.
