We identify important community issues while continuing to fund local organizations that improve human conditions in the areas that fit our mission and the needs we have identified as critical for long-term success. When we see a need that is not being met, United Way of Southwest Louisiana acts swiftly and independently with an Initiative to fill the need.
Where there is great need, our goal is to work quickly and help those most vulnerable.
