We at United Way of Southwest Louisiana understand that recovery is a long-term endeavor. We make every effort to raise funds to continue to support local needs in our service area to help community members most impacted.
United Way of Southwest Louisiana distributed the funds in the following ways:
100% of the money donated to United Way of Southwest Louisiana Disaster Fund goes to victims of flooding, hurricanes or tornadoes across the region. United Way of Southwest Louisiana connects people and organizations with the passion, expertise and resources to get things done.
Charitable organizations in the region don't have all the resources they need to respond. As they step up, United Way will put your donation to work with these trusted and tested organizations who know what to do. This is the most efficient way to help your neighbors - work with front-line organizations who specialize in disaster response and those who will be here to help people get their homes back in working order.
Your donation is supporting work that's going on right now.
