Lake Charles, LAGet ready for a fantastic evening filled with food, music, and family fun at the Fourth Annual Battle for the Paddle on Thursday, March 13, from 5 to 8 PM at the Lake Charles Event Center. This year, we invite the community to join us for a St. Patrick’s Day-themed celebration that promises to be unforgettable.

 

Attendees will savor all-you-can-eat jambalaya and pastalaya while enjoying live music from the talented Geno Delafose. Green beer will be available for purchase for those looking to enjoy a festive drink. 

 

Tickets are selling fast and can be purchased for $15 for general admission. Students, veterans, and first responders can grab tickets for just $10. For those over 21, exclusive VIP Lounge tickets are available for $50, which include all-you-can-eat jambalaya and pastalaya, beer, wine, and elevated seating to catch all the action on stage.

This year, we’re excited to see competitors from notable organizations, including returning Pastalaya Champions, Total Energy Solutions, Westlake Corporation, Entergy Louisiana, Visit Lake Charles, and many more. Awards will be given out for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, as well as the coveted People’s Choice award. Additionally, prizes for Best Tent Décor and Best Costume will encourage attendees to wear their best St. Patrick’s Day attire!
