Lydia, a proud graduate of Sulphur High, began her administrative career in Austin, Texas, as the receptionist for a large public accounting firm.  From there she continued to grow her career through various administrative positions. 

Ultimately, she landed an administrative role as an Executive Assistant, with the Houston Texans NFL Franchise, where she spent over 14 years working for the CEO and the McNair Family.

Lydia returned to Southwest Louisiana where she met and married Wendell Christian from Lake Charles. Their family consists of two grown children and three grandchildren.  Lydia is excited to have recently joined the United Way Southwest Louisiana team.
