United Way of Southwest Louisiana is pleased to announce that it has received a generous donation of $30,000 from Gulf Coast Sequestration. This donation will go towards funding the organization's Success by 6 Initiative, which aims to increase access to quality early learning education for the children of ALICE families.

"We are incredibly grateful for Gulf Coast Sequestration's donation," said Denise Durel, President and CEO of United Way of Southwest Louisiana. "This donation will make a significant impact on the lives of children from ALICE families who do not have access to high-quality early learning education otherwise."

The Success by 6 Initiative is a unique program designed to help working parents struggling to keep their basic needs covered each month. By providing an opportunity for their child's enrollment in a high-quality educational center, parents can ensure that their children build a firm foundation for the rest of their lives.

"We believe that every child deserves access to quality education, regardless of their family's financial situation," said W. Gray Stream Founder and Executive Chairman of Gulf Coast Sequestration. "We are proud to support the Success by 6 Initiative and the important work that United Way of Southwest Louisiana is doing to help families in need."

United Way of Southwest Louisiana plans to use the donation to expand the Success by 6 Initiative and reach even more families in need. The organization hopes that this donation will inspire others to support their mission and make a difference in the lives of children in their community.
